1. Introduction

At SendHup, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our messaging platform. By using our Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you purchase credits, we collect billing information processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe and Coinbase Commerce).

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including message logs, delivery statuses, API call records, IP addresses, browser type, and access timestamps.

Message Content

We temporarily process the content of messages you send through our platform for the sole purpose of delivery. Message content is not stored beyond the retention period necessary for delivery confirmation and troubleshooting.

  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • To send you product updates and service announcements (with opt-out)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party carriers and email providers necessary to deliver your messages.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Message logs are retained for 90 days for delivery tracking and support purposes. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
